About Me:
My name is Megan and I am an Army veteran, Army wife and momma to a (currently) 18 month old baby girl named Savannah Lynn. Yes, I'm country; originally from a tiny town in south Florida. My husband is from Mississippi. He always jokes that our daughter is the result of swamp and pond water mixed. lol. I actually never planned to become a mom so soon but it all happened kinda quick. I left the Army to be a "real" mom that was always going to be there for my daughter. I love my life and wouldn't change it given the choice. I am currently a student majoring in who knows what since I love so many different things. I actually spend most of my time now writing on my Army Career Counselor website.
About the Blog:
I started this blog to help other housewives and stay at home moms. We don't get much adult interaction when our life is revolved around our kids, family and home. Back in the old days, mommas prepared their daughters to be a good wife and mother. Now, since the wife and mother stereotype isn't what it used to be, we don't get the same kind of guidance. This blog will hopefully provide valuable insight about all things housewife and mommy related; cooking, cleaning, money, health, childcare, product reviews, etc.
